Hole Cutting Template

Here are the measurments for where to drill holes in the 1x6 side pieces.

Save this diagram and print it at 150 DPI. If it doesn't line up with the wood, then revert to using the measurments listed on the card. If it does line up, you should be able to mark all the holes on the 1x6 wood sides using the template.

Shelves

Shelves are made from metal tubing for a sleek look, liteweight design, and adaptability to any media type.

Screws

Screws are used to hold the conduit pipes in place. Notice the two different screw sizes used.
Counter sink hole for screw to sit in. May be up to 1/4 in deep.
Use 1/2in countersink, which is significantly larger than the screw head, the point is the aesthetics of seeing the screws sunk into the wood.

Wire Support

Steel cable is used to provide a rigid yet liteweight frame.
